I drove by the place in a hurry, and need grab something to eat. Make quick check, very good review, 95% favorite from 85 votes. Indeed, a $4.50 curry chicken rice bowl gave me a lot of satisfaction. Money was well spent. The service is very friendly. The cashier must be the owner. She is from Hainan China. She has all my blessing to have a prosperous business .
The ultimate great hole in the wall. This place is great. Huge menu for a small mostly takeout restaurant. I think the most popular item is the chicken, done several different ways. The chicken is twice cooked, baked and smoked, fabulous. I love the teriyakii, the portions are generous and the sauce is divine. The short ribs are great, falling off the bone, the curry is rich and thick. The employees are very friendly and they garden surrounding the place is lush, someone has a green thumb. Sachi is awesome. You can get chicken like this anywhere but the sauce is the bomb!! i go there to get the #1 mild with 5 pouches of extra sauce i love putting the sauce on the rice its delicious! the only thing i hate is the cabage thats carelessly tossed in the left corner of the bowl

Sachi’s the shit. Best japanese food in la in my opinion the food network needs to do a show on this perfect combo of healthy great tasting japanese grub
