A little politeness goes a long way. Contrary to other reviews, as a visitor from the UK I have found the service very good in Zeli. Over the past two weeks I have visited app 6 times and after the second visit the server recognised me and gave me a warm welcome. The coffee is EXCELLENT in all it’s forms (cappucino, espresso, iced etc.) and as an experienced traveller (8 months working in Italy among others) I feel I have the right to comment. The people who work there are very friendly once they know you but a little shy at first.This may be the reason for the poor comments elsewhere.I can also recommend the cakes, the wifi stregth and Jane’s Cake and bakery equipment shop round the corner!
