Customer Service is lacking. Nice place, decent menu, but everything taste like it was pre made or previously frozen. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Our server was Monica and she is Rude! Asked to speak to a manager was told there was none present
For the #1 restaurant on Maserati, it was a big disappointment. We previewed the menu and had our heart set on prime rib. After bringing our soup/salad our server announced they were out of prime rib at 7:45! Really?!? I thought my skirt steak with mushrooms was very artificial tasting. I would not recommend and would not go back.
