I would characterize this place as a typical Chinese restaurant in terms of decor with superbly prepared Hong Kong style food. This visit I stayed basic with BBQ pork & Peking duck. The pork was tender, flavorful & served on a bed of perfectly seasoned steamed cabbage. The Peking duck was masterfully prepared. The meat was very tender, deeply seasoned and perfectly glazed with no hint of gaminess which can sometimes be apparent with duck. At this place it’s one of those dishes you savor every bite. BIG thumbs up!
