Worst customer service – Rude owner. I have been going to this establishment for 25+ years. Last night I ordered a couple of trays of pasta only to get home with half my order missing. When I called and spoke to the owner Bob he was EXTREMELY rude to me. I never raised my voice or took an angry tone with him. I just wanted him to credit my cc to right the wrong. Instead he gave me a lecture about they make mistakes and he was only willing to give me a gift certificate for the missing items…I expressed my unhappiness with him and he started lecturing me again; then proceeded to hang up on me! WOW, that is the worst treatment I’ve ever had and it was unprovoked. I will never ever be back to this establishment and I will tell others of his poor customer service. I think I will call back and speak to his wife, maybe she is the better business person. If he treats all his customers like this it’s a miracle he is still in business.
I have been coming here for years and live in the neighborhood. The food rates a B+ it is a family environment with entrees you would find in a typical family run Italian restaurant. The service can be inconsistent depending on what wait staffer you get, however the owner is very charismatic and friendly. I find this a decent local eatery where you won’t be disappointed but your not going to have your socks blown off either. There is also a bar area. three and 1/2 stars
Have been enjoying for 20+ years! My absolute favorite is Linguini with pink clam sauce. I have to be careful that I don’t make my yummy sounds out loud while eating!!!
Good neighborhood spot.. Yummy Pizza, Yummy food. Although the place was absolutely empty. Kind of freaked us out. Can’t explain why because the service and food were really good.
Best Italian food in California and possibly the country. I have been all over new York and nothing there compares. Everything from their excellent staff to their fresh ingredients makes Antonuccis the best resturaunt in orange county
Easily the best Italian food in the OC. Owner (bob i believe) is very nice. Constantly walking around restuarant making sure we were taken care of. Not a bad price for the service and quality.
The minestroni soup is the best anywhere. With an owner that knows your name and cares.
