Never has good customer service. Has a funny smell when you walk in.
I’ve been here about a dozen or so times over the past few years. Every time I’ve had the worst service ever. Literally I usually get up and get my own refills. Who cares if the food is good, I’m tired of it. in my job training we had to mention places with bad service and I screamed out buffalo wild wings. It’s pretty much franchise wide too.

Still waiting!!! 12/4/10. It’s a shame in the these tough economic times that good service would be on top of the list to acheive. We had a table in the bar last night, the waitress was prompt and courteous. After waiting patiently waiting for our order, the waitress approached us and said the bartender was ignoring her. I can’t believe we had to suffer for such unprofessionalism. What a waste of time.
