Your Basic Deli. I can’t help but feel that the Rachel sandwich is a bit overrated. Pastrami is meager and it is mostly coleslaw. Fresh baked rolls are good, there is not a whole lot else to it. The coleslaw on the sandwich is one of the better coleslaws I have had. Crisp cabbage and lightly sweet, much like the one served in KFC. The Italian combo was more like something I could make at home. Not much else to expect from this place other than what you would get from any other deli. foodporndining.com

Rachel is the sandwich to order !!!! definitely plenty of meat on the sandwich and tasted delish !!! they cook most of their meats from boars head and they bake their bread all day .. very homie atmosphere once u become a regular which i am .. they have a busy lunch so if you are in a hurry call in but its definitely worth the wait. old school new york style is the look of the place well at least that’s what the owner is old school new york kind of ruff at first but very nice. the staff has been the same for a long time and they try and know everyone that walks in the door . other recommendations an Italian combo the chicken cutlet and definitely mac n cheese on Friday out of this world
