Nice neighborhood pizza joint. Many moons ago, I lived down here in Mission Viejo. I always used to appreciate Rubino’s big spinach calzone with some good marinara sauce to take home on a cold (at least for SoCal) winter night.And when I last stopped here earlier this year, Rubino’s still had the magic. The calzone’s always a good choice. The pizza’s also good here.I’ve experienced more spectacular Italian fare ever since I moved away, but this is probably still the best you’ll get in Mission Viejo.
