Snooty is the correct word. My husband and I went here for lunch. Even though it was half empty, the woman asked if we had a reservation. We told her no and she acted totally put off and snooty (perfect word for her). I loved the steak for lunch but my husband refuses to take me back because of their attitude – which truly needs adjusting. In today’s economy, who can afford to snub customers?
