I haven’t eaten at this location in a few years but el rosal is a favorite lunch stop for the price.
This just wasn’t good Mexican food. I had the combo plate – taco, enchalada, chili rellano and tostada. The rellano was unedible; the rest where just OK. The salsa was watery and they did not have any other options to make it spicy. I will say, however, that the service was excellent – plenty of chips and drink refills. I have ate at the one on Coffee Street and it is much better?
