    They Have a Secret Menu Item. It is a Farmers Omelet But in a Skillet Form. It is a dish that is served on a bed of golden country potatoes. A top the golden bed of potatoes sits diced onions, bell peppers, ham, linguisa, sausage, mushrooms, ancho chillies, and your choice of eggs. All sprinkled with yummy cheese.
