Basic.Some steakhouse…started off well until they overcooked both steaks. When they had brought back the steaks for a second time, they still didn’t get it right. They told us a manager would come with the steaks and they said he was taking care of someone else and that he would come by….never did. Food is way overpriced, people who like it obviously don’t know a thing about good eating
I am amazed how bad this place is, both service and food need major improvement.

I used to be a fan, but the last experience we had was the worst of any we’ve experienced in a long time..after we were seated … Took us 15 minutes to get menus..after apps ..steak was well done and ordered medium. We let manager know about the wait and the send back, he apologized and offered comp dessert… And never made good on it. We didn’t raise the other issue…we just haven’t went back..maybe they figure there’s not as much competion.. So what’s one customer..so we go to cool hand lukes instead if we want to go out for steaks locally.
So-So. The quality of the food has gone down over the past several years. When they first opened, I loved the food. The last time I had a steak, it was very tough and hard to cut. On my last visit, I ordered the chicken, and it seemed like it was just a piece of warmed over frozen chicken and was very tough and dry. But, they still have the best cheesecake in town!
Love this place they have great burgers, great service. And very clean and nice resturant.
Food and service were excellent. The chicken potpie soup was exceptionally good.
