I didn’t have a good experience. It took so long to get our table and the servers never even stopped to check on us. It was a waste of my money. And I don’t see the point of ever coming to another Korean BBQ place
I used to enjoy going here but will never go back. My boyfriend and I were left standing at the front of the restaurant for 10 minutes. They just ignored us. No greeting, no telling us how long the wait would be. When I tried to get the attention of the staff they just stared at me & walked away. I don’t care if your restaurant is slammed, you don’t flat out ignore waiting customers. Unacceptable!!!
