Great food, loved grandmas special. Margharitas are strong, recommend the silver.
Overated and overpriced!! Very average if you ask me. Presentation of food was very underwhelming. Chips were cold, and contrary to other reviews, the portions are small for the price, def not enough to share!! Where’s my perfect Carne Asada?
Family owned. Odd location, but great food.
La Fiesta – You Go! Grandma…. A dear friend of mine and I were deciding where to go for eats when she thought of La Fiesta. Not being one to ever be able to turn down a good margarita and Mexican food, I eagerly agreed. Family-owned, there are five locations in the Bay Area all with slight variations in recipes. The margaritas are strong (STRONG STRONG) and the food is delicious. On a recommendation I ordered Grandma’s Special Enchiladas (one beef, one cheese) which were covered in the most oddly-colored but deliciously-flavorful sauce. Grandma was one helluva pioneer in the kitchen. Mixing guajillo chilies with sour cream, she created this goopy, bright orange sauce for her homemade enchiladas. This sauce was so good, I was litterally scraping every last bit of it off my plate with my fork. Heaven. Recommended.
I’ve been going to La Fiesta since I lived across the street over 10 years ago. It’s as good today as it was then and remains a famaily and friend favorite even though most of us live farther away now. Our favorite is definitely the Grandma’s special enchiladas, but I can’t remember ordering anything I didn’t like, if not love.
Real Mexican food. Hidden away down a side street in downtown Mountain View, this little gem has great fresh Mexican food, probably the best in the South Bay Area. Everyone there is super friendly and the service is great.
Fresh food, what a concept! My wife and I went for Valentines and loved it!!!! We will be back.
