The place seems good, we had postiive vibes about the place. It was enjoyable and fun. Hope to visit again very soon. Also the staff was very kind and helpful.
Mountain View where Google is headquartered is an amazing city and what gave us Sakoon here was the Indian buffet we tried. The spread was huge and the value for money amazing. Father’s Day treat at Sakoon and dad was the happiest! A special mention for the butter chicken and the chilli fish which had me hooked! What amazed me was the taste and texture of food and the curries was as close as you get back in India. A great value for money restaurant, this place is highly recommended for Indian food in Bay area if you crave it often. askmaverick.wordpress.com
This is the place where you introduce the indian cuisine to your colleagues or your date. great food quality, and a happening ambiance. I had the veg jalfrazi and it was a great relief from having paneer dishes again and again and againn and again.
Good Indian food on castro street. Service is fast. Not expensive either. I would recommend dahi kebab. Food quantity is nice, ask your waiter before ordering.
Tried their Lunch Buffet with Parent over the weekend. Buffet was good with some nice dishes to try out. Visited this place twice and the best part i liked it they keep on changing their menu with some different variety of dishes. The food is not so spicy so good for all. I would recommend this place.
This is a very good place for Indian lunch buffet. It has nice combination of veg and non veg items, I had chicken Laban, aloo tiki (it was only item that was average), chili chicken, lamb rich an josh, paneer, fish curry and naan. Chicken and lamb were delicious and very well cooked. Paneer curry was very yummy. Overall, curries were a bit buttery but tasted very good. This place is better than the one in fremont. Food was great, good interiors and hope service improves a bit.
This is a perfect place if you are looking for Indian food. I was kind of surprised when they served tomato soup in a kettle like item but the taste, it made my taste buds dance. The snacks are the best part of this place. The food and ambience is nice. It’s just that I felt it a bit costly as compared to other restaurants.
