Great Discovery….!. Wow…were thrilled to discover this place opened up right here in Murrieta…!This is not a fancy, lets get dressed up & go out type of place… You sit on picnic tables covered with wax paper and get plastic bibs to tie around your neck. Its a roll-up-your-sleeves and prepare to become one with your food type of place…If youre a seafood lover like me, youll be in heaven here… The aroma of cooking seafood hits you smack in the face when you walk in.I dont eat anything raw, but other people in our party had the raw oyster appetizers and seemed quite pleased with them. My favorite seafood is shrimp, so I satisfied my cravings with a pound of nice large specimens. Someone in our party also ordered the king crab and I got a taste of hers and it was delicious too. The star factor here is their sauces. Im a huge garlic lover, and they put lots of chopped garlic in their sauces, along with butter, lemon and a variety of spices depending on the amount of heat (capsaicin) you like in your food. They have several burn levels to choose from. I went with level 2. The sauce is so delicious, youll wish you could drink it from a glass, but sopping the bread rolls in it worked great too. I also ordered a corn cobette, and leaving it in the sauce to marinade for a bit really got the flavors soaked into it.We were so stuffed after our feeding frenzy that we didnt feel like dessert, but I have to mention that we saw lots of people at tables around us thoroughly enjoying enormous chocolate dipped ice cream bars. Well definitely have to try them next time. We sure hope this place stays around for a long time to come. It has the caliber of places in L.A. without having to make the drive…!PS Our waitress and guide on this little adventure was Brittany. She was very friendly, helpful and enthusiastic about what she serves. She even asked the owner to come to our table when we asked if Dan actually existed. Hes a mellow guy whos passionate about food and the sauce recipes hes created from scratch.

Overall good place…obviously new and working out kinks. We waited a long time for follow ups from our server since there was only two servers for 10 tables. Sauce was delicious! Food great overall. Cajun fries need some work, they were a little overlooked with too much seasoning, also it would be so good if they served sausage in their boil mix…..definitely not Kickin’ Crab in OC but not too shabby.
