Ad Lib is in a smallish not so good looking ex cafe or restaurant at the Silverado County Club which has seen better days that serves a typical country club menu but with the best ingredients, professional and knowledgeable waiters all put together by Thomas Keller as a pop up that is only open until Oct. Its was as expected SUPERB.From what I hear its sort of a trial run for a new concept.. facebook.com
