Crispy Wings from Heaven and Pork Buns you’ll dream about …. Stumbled into this little restaurant behind the downtown mall in Napa (used to be Mini-Mango Thai). I don’t know how we have missed it and I don’t know why there isn’t a line out the door. I am drooling as I think about those crispy wings with house made sriracha! I love wings, but am usually disappointed (dry … soggy … flavorless … greasy). These wings have none of those qualities and I promise you will be licking your fingers. The pulled pork buns are little pillows of spicy, savory delight. The pork is moist, the slaw adds a lovely crunch and the buns are tender and delicate containers. We also enjoyed the Ramen, but will be back for those two starters and eager to try other things on this menu. You can taste the love in this food … and the wine list is affordable and carefully chosen. Please support this new business!!! We don’t have enough affordable restaurants, particularly good ones!
