Best Pizza In Napa. Tom has the best pizza in town. He is also the best host. He always host my fastpitch teams and gives us a great deal. The meatballs and sausage will blow your mind. Tom now has full bar. I go at least twic a month. The main dishes are huge. Very fun place to go.

2.5 Stars – Location, location, location! Filippi’s is located in Central Napa on First Street directly across from Oxbow Public Market and COPIA. It is one block from the Wine Train and two blocks from the river and Downtown. It’s a 1930’s adobe style building with all street parking…which is slightly inconvenient. There is a large dining room sectioned off into 3 areas. There is a large open kitchen and a bar as well. I was there for lunch on a weekday in spring and it was moderately busy. The soup I had as an appetizer was fair and the chicken fettucini with Tom sauce (tomato alfredo) was also fair to good. The prices were on the high side for this type of place, but not unreasonable. Although the food was edible, the service was kind of lacking. The manager (maybe owner?) got into an argument with an employee picking up a check. Invloved some swearing…kinda tasteless. Food wasn’t good enough to make me return on my nickel.
