Excellent food and service. Located in Westin hotel, this is a welcome addition that is above the standard hotel restaurant. Reservations suggested. They are very welcoming and I was surprised to learn that they know who we were as soon as we arrived – this is an added touch. Servers are very polite, and friendly. Food was very delicious and exquisitely presented. Tasting menu was very good. The full tasting menu has 9 course, but there are also limited 4 and 5 course selections where you pick your own from the menu. Wine pairing is highly suggested. Highly recommended for those who have 3-4 hours to have a heavenly dining experience.
