The staff was a bit hurried and were a little slow to take our order. It wasn’t so slow that we were mad. However, we were well watered and decently attended to once we got our order in. The tables were a bit crowded, but ok. The bread was fine, but nothing I’d write home about. My crab cakes…weren’t good. Lacked flavor. So boring. As was the accompanying vegetables and penne pasta. However, my wife loved her prawns and fresh pasta. Raved about it. My daughter liked her pasta and meatballs. Again, that fresh pasta was very well received. My son liked his sauted sand dabs ok. But, i sampled them and thought they were great. So…it was a bit of hit and miss, but…my wife loved loved loved hers and the sand dabs were high quality. Yum. Take the crab cakes off the menu. I won’t order them next time and we will be in good shape.
Why hasn’t anybody reviewed this place?. I am from the Pacific Northwest, so fresh fish has to be fantastic to impress me. The blackened salmon was absolutely fantastic and cooked perfectly. Caprese salad was great and wine selection not bad. Dinner was a generous portion for only $22. I will definitely come back and recommend to anyone.
