Conoc este restaurant en el ao 2000 cuando era de un espacio muy pequeo, de noche despus de haber visitado el espectacular acuario de Monterey, CA. En ese tiempo aun era rstico, familiar pero la comuda exquisita y muy acogedor por dentro. Ahora al verlo en fotos es mucho ms bonito pero ojal no haya perdido su encanto familiar de ese entonces.

We never feel guilty, overindulging on heathy food. Arigato!01 Sep, 2010Elaborate BIRTHDAY Celebration!. Thank You Benihana , for an extensive and very generous birthday celebration. Complete with songs from the band, balloon hats, happy buddha statue with candle, complimentary entree and dessert. What an unexpected treat. Tuesday night was a good night to celebrate. Mediocre Food, terrible service. We had the chef’s special at Benihana one weekend. The staff was initially friendly, but there the service stopped. We never received drink refills, and sat through most of our meal with empty glasses. We were never approached by the wait staff during the meal to see if we needed anything or if everything was ok. Our food (filet mignon and chicken) was under-cooked and cold. It had no flavor whatsoever. The portion sizes were what I would have expected a lunch portion to be, not a $25-30 dinner entree. I used Benihana’s online form on their website to file my complaint the night we ate there, but they have never responded.
Very fun, wonderful location and great food once again!. We have gone to several locations and this is my favorite location. It’s located right near the wharf, so after lunch or dinner it’s great to go on a stroll along the pier or check out the historical buildings. We have never made a reservation here and have never waited more than 10 minutes to be seated. The food at this location is awesome and I love to order the chicken & steak hibachi dinner. The salad and miso soup is fantastic as well! This is a MUST TRY!
