My wife and I went to Bistro Moulin after reading good reviews on here and yelp. We had a wonderful dining experience all around. We had the spinach gnocchi and pate as appetizers. The pate was as good as any we had in France and the gnocchi was an amazing take on one of my favorites. We had the braised pork cheek and cannelloni for the main course and both were very well prepared and flavorful. I must also mention the server, Ashton, was excellent. Our desserts were fantastic as well. We will come back anytime we are in Monterey.

A disarmingly small place, with delicious food and good wine, at reasonable prices for the quality.
Good service polite and engaged; food was good portions a nice size and menu had enough varied choices without being too long – enjoyable meal
Fabulous osso buco.
A must try!!!. The spinach Gnocchi is exquisite!! A must try if you are ever in the area. The moules frite was also an excellent dish. The atmosphere is great and the wait staff made the meal quite enjoyable. Highly recommended for a special night out.
