The sandwiches were mediocre at best. The crepes were ok. Nothing to write home about. My son had the turkey… the meat seemed a bit slimy and the bread was tough and chewy. My crepe was a bit on the chewy side as well.
Happiest part of my day. This place is amazing. I have never tasted anything quite like it. The owner is so friendly and even made me a free lemon sugar crepe to go with the ham and cheese one I’d ordered. He was friendly and chatted with me about books and reading while making my 2 items. The taste is just out of this world. Reasonable prices. Great views if you sit in their outdoor seating. I will definitely go back! The owners are from France and truly know what they’re doing!! Yum.
Although this place looks like it wouldn’t be anything special it definitely is! Don’t pass it up if your looking for a good crepe. I recommend the strawberry cream cheese or there salmon or egg crepes.
The crepes here are crafted efficiently and with a slight flourish for each. I had a lemon sugar crepe which was not overly sweet, and a caramel apple cinnamon crepe, which was quite sweet, but the apple slices were cooked perfectly. It was like a delicious slice of apple pie, in crepe form. The cafe seems to be tasty as well. I can only judge it based on the mocha, but it was a delicious mocha that uses high-quality chocolate (can you tell I had a sweet tooth this morning?)While technically I like another crepe restaurant in the area -slightly- better, I urge people to visit this place in the early AM. The people who work here are friendly, and the ability to eat outside in the cool air with the creaking docks, grooming pelicans, and barking sea lions (walk around to the back of the dock) forces you to slow down and appreciate existence for awhile. And why not do that with a tasty bite of crepe?
