I’m in Monterey visiting a friend and stumbled across this place, it seemed cool, coffee and beer and a good assortment of pastries, so I decided to go in and check it out! Had no idea what I wanted but the lady at the counter was incredibly helpful and explained the selection. It’s got an awesome atmosphere too, very chill with good tunes playing and comfy couches to hang out on.
It’s good but there us no menu. Either you know what you want or they brush you aside.
Good vibes. Funky atmosphere, great service, good coffee, REAL whole leaf tea, sandwiches and bakery were tasty. This place seems like a real neighborhood hangout kinda of place – there was a pack of retiree looking cyclists on the patio having some refreshments after a ride and they all seemed to know the staff. Looks like poetry slams and other events in the evenings.
Exotic Java!. Casablanca aura surrounds you, as you enter this establishment. Too Cool ! Exquisite Java experience and obviously very popular with the locals. Treat yourself to a new adventure!
