Amazing views of the coast. Waited in the bar for an ocean view and service was poor, I had to directly approach the bartender to get a margarita. Margareta was good. The restaurant was not that busy for a weeknight. Once seated they lost our order, it took 45 minutes to get our food. They did offer free dessert but management needs to get out on the floor and be aware of what is going on. Take your own chances. Good luck!
The staff is friendly, the tacos are good, and the dessert is great.
In a group of six, everyone enjoyed their dish. Great complimentary salsa & chips, beautiful view of the bay, good kid’s menu. For the price it was a great dinner.
Beautiful view of ocean and city, authentic Mexican feel. Great food and very reasonably priced. Good drinks. A little loud, but that’s to be expected with a busy restaurant. Our waiter isn’t great, but other waiters are much better. 🙂 Love it and definitely plan on coming back! 🙂
The salsa is wonderful made with fresh veggies. The halibut tacos are the best!!
Probably some of the best Salsa from a restaurant; fresh onions, balance of Peppers was good. We had the Chicken Emchiladas and the combination Fajita plate; were quite satisfied. The food was good: and the restaurant view was outstanding, making a very pleasurable dining experience!
Good food. I am from Eugene, OR and enjoyed the Monterey, CA El Torioto much better than ours at home. Although the place could use some remodeling, the food was really good. It had a lot of flavor and we left very pleased. My daughter and her husband came at a later date and enjoyed it too. The view is amazing too!
