Okay… The soup was good. The rice was a pilaf..Not Mexican. Black beans were good, wish they had home made tortillas. Carnitas were okay but not true Mexican food. Good enough for quick food.
They suck! Despite postings this restaurant is Not gluten friendly. The staff looked at me like I had said a foreign word. Finally they said they would be able to make something with vegetables. I cannot recommend this at all.
I especially like the salmon burrito. Setting is simple and people are friendly. Very filling and a good lunch spot.
The chips are NOT gluten free. They’re fried with the battered shrimp and fish. The food is filling, but not necessarily fresh.
Unpretentious Mexican food. Went for lunch and was pleasently surprised at the quality of the food. Line for ordering grew from one person to over a dozen during a brief visit to the restroom to wash my hands–obviously a popular local lunch venue!
