We went at the end of their lunch hour on a Friday afternoon. The outside patio was delightful on a sunny day. The waiter we had was hilarious, helpful, and attentive. The food and thai teas were delicious, and the portions were huge. Can’t to eat there again!!
The food was very good, the front-of-restaurant logistics could be improved. When my girl and I arrived, the place was full and the waitress was running haggard. No one greeted me or took my name down. After a five minute wait, I found that I had to write my name into their logbook, and I never did find the approximate wait time… but, the place was packed, we figured it’d be awhile. We waited outside. When my name was called, we were offered a beautiful table with a great view… about two minutes later, we were informed that we had been seated too early, two other parties were ahead of us; they didn’t hear their name called, even though they waited inside. We got up, were apologized to, and asked to wait again… When we did get seated, it was in this little room off to the side and it was very cold… their heater couldn’t keep up. And to make it worse, there was a crying baby three feet from us, in a room which amplified his screams. The food was very good, but I would not go back during their rush hour.
