Excellent Dinner on Tuesday evenings. 1st time at Moulin and enjoyed ourselves with such a good meal. This bakery/bistro is so french and definitely reminds us of our visits to Paris. Love their tarts. Best tarts we’ve had in OC. Will definitely be back again to sample more dinners and tarts.
