  Easily avoidable. I grew up with Bob’s Big Boy and have always enjoyed their food. Unfortunately, these establishments are slowly disappearing. My father and I decided to try out the Norco Big Boy, as this is a location he has always enjoyed is well. Without going into too much detail, I will have to say that I was quite disappointed. Our server, Yvone, was less than pleasant and hardly attentive. The rest of the wait staff seemed bored and annoyed. Most of them spent their time behind the counter, talking with each other, and looking like they were just trying to get through their day. The food was also quite sad. The vegetables on the salad were limp and the burgers lack the flavor that I miss so much. Even the manager, who I did not catch her name, looked like she was forced to be there that day, and would have rather been at the bar, chatting with her staffing, as opposed to serving her customers. I will have to agree with the other commenters, Polly’s Pies down the road had much better service, and better tasting food. I would love to return, but not if I’m going to be greeted with eye rolls, no smiles and poorly made food. Please bring that Big Boy that we miss SO MUCH back and don’t let this restaurant close likr all the others

  Bad…Bad…services! Not like Bobs in the old days. drive down the street to Polly pies for a burger and some service.
