Greek cooked by Mexicans: one of the wonders of CA. I have to say my expectations were low for this chain. Bad Greek is worse than almost anything else I can think of, and this place doesn’t inspire confidence at first glance. Look past that to tender lamb kabobs, passable spanikopita, and well made (if prepackaged) hummus and this place becomes one of the best places for a quick meal in this neighborhood. I work nearby and I end up at Daphne’s about once a week. I would give it about 7/10, but it is surrounded by 4s and 5s, so it is the clear winner, here.
