Fabio’s Meatball Mania Cooking Class. I attended my 2nd cooking class at Firenze Osteria with my sister and a girlfriend. It was fun, entertaining and the food was delicious! I would recommend these classes (and the restaurant) for anyone who wants really great Italian food with generous portions! The chicken meatball with sun dried tomatoes and creamy herbed polenta made me smile!!! Thank you Fabio! Come to San Diego soon please!!!
The waiter tried to make it up to me after bringing me wheat pasta after I asked for gluten free and ate some, but wow, their food is far too salty. Sorry , but I won’t be back.
Good for sharing. Went here the other day with friends from work and had some great food. We decided to each get a dish and share. We got the pesto gnocchi, burrata salad and a vegetarian panini. All were really good. The place is also quite interesting for North Hollywood. You seem to forget where you are once you step through the doors. They seem to have an amazing wine selection and a fully-stocked bar – not to mention fancy-pantsy artwork on the wall and a super-friendly staff that is full of smiles. Will definitely eat there again, and it’s not as pricey as you would think – we split the bill for three people and it only came out to around $18 each including tip.
What a great new find!. We ate here a week ago and the food was amazing. Each dish was better than the next. The pastas are original and delicious. Super fresh. The service was great and they had a full bar, always a plus. The front main room is the place to sit. My only (barely) negative comment is they should spice up the back dining room to give it the same ambiance as the front. Otherwise I highly recommend. Excellent, especially for a new restaurant. I hope it sticks around.
