First time dining at Mantee Cafe and what a wonderful find on Yelp it was! Wanted to find a pre-Hollywood Bowl restaurant nearby before taking Shuttle to the Bowl, and found Mantee Cafe and had amazing food and an AMAZING and ENTERTAINING Waiter Will who kept us smiling and well-fed before our Grease Sing-A-Long at the Bowl. Dishes we thoroughly enjoyed were the Hummus, Hot Feta, Mutabbal, Tabbouleh, Chicken Kebabs, Mantee Traditional and Branzino were all delicious. Will definitely go back next time we’re in the area! Go dine there, you’ll love it. Oh, we sat on their outdoor patio in the back!

Delicious food… We loved every item we ordered!
Cool atmosphere, friendly service, BUT Spinach Mantee contains chicken broth, a big no-no for vegetarians. They should either mention that on the menu or when you order, as most would assume that having a meat and non-meat version is to cater to veg. crowd. Fatush salad is great! Reminds me of grandma’s cooking, but nothing beats homemade.
