Driving by the corner this little restaurant is on you’d almost miss it; the gas station right next to it makes it seem a little less posh than some people would want to try, but it is worth it!They constantly have their smoker cooking away, so the meat is really infused with that smoky BBQ aroma and very tender. My first trip there were at least 5 different unique (and delicious!) made-in-house ketchups with flavors like Apple, Habaero, Pineapple Jalapeo, Blueberry Chipotle… But sadly the last time they were gone (though the waitress shouted to her mother in the kitchen that more people were requesting her sauces, so hopefully they’ll bring some back due to popular demand!)Overall the people are very accommodating and the quality and quantity of food is great, though paying can be a tad slow since they use a very basic system and the woman in the kitchen/I think owner can get confused if you don’t state your order very simply.
