My family ate here because it was close to our hotel. What a find. Everyone loved their meal. I strongly recommend.
My first and still favorite breakfast spot in LA!. When I first moved here 5 years ago I was fortunate enough in being referred to Vivian’s my first day. I have been going back 3 times a week ever since. Fresh, tasty, and perfect sized breakfast and lunches makes this place a must if you live near Studio City.
Great outdoor space and yummy food! The banana pancakes were excellent! But I would stay clear of the chicken sausage, it looked like the took one link then cut it into thin strips. Not worth the money. Would def go to this hideaway spot on Ventura again!
