The hot sauce is the best I have ever has the food was awesome and above all else the service is second to none. Wish they were in Texas.
BEST. Of all the amazing Mexican food in the city of San Diego, Ranchos really stands apart. The vegan chorizo torta is to die for. Just eat it. For real. It’s soooooo good.

Great Hidden Gem .. Esp for Vegetarians!. Plenty of very unique mexican fare on the menu and what we tried was all very tasty .. no need to add any hot sauces to the dish for the extra BAM … it was already there.The staff are very friendly and attentive. The free chips and salsa flowed from the kitchen very freely.There were more vegetarian/vegan dishes than non-vegetarian dishes, but carnivores still have some good selection. The carnivores in our group also tried the vegetarian fare and they loved it.

Great place for delicious food and lots if veggie friendly offerings. Sometimes the service can be excruciatingly slow but the food makes up for it.
