First time at Splash and it was great! The atmosphere was welcoming and warm. It’s a small place but never got too crowded. We went on a Tuesday night, which is 80s night, and the theme was well portrayed with 80s music and an 80s movie playing on the back wall. It was just enough to enjoy and not too much to make you uncomfortable if you don’t like the 80s. Overall it was fun to be able to taste different wines without wasting money on a full glass.

Cool wine, great atmosphere. Splash is another great addition to ever changing, hip, art alive community of North Park.Two of my friends and myself went to this place last October, was a littile bit intimidated, since I do not know a lot about wine, but one of their gracious staff guide me to the process how to select wine thru thier pump system. I like this idea, sip and try many different wines, like wine tasting in Napa with your friends. You can boast to your friends that you are currently drinking a cabarnet savignon from Chile then a robust syrah from Spain. How marvelous :-).I heared Tuesdays is very busy, they’re having some kind of 50% off deal. I will check that out soon. This is good place to bring your friends who does not know much about wine or but not a place for an aquintance who is an uppity know it all wine connoisseur. Be sure to get the free parking behind the building. They do validate. Cheers!
Great wine, food and service. Splash is the best wine bar in San Diego. It’s fun, relaxing and the wine is great. They have unique, amazing pizza and other food that switches up. It’s a great date place or fun to go with friends. They have a great happy hour and fun events!
