It’s what you expect…. We were on our way to see Wicked a little later and wanted to catch a late morning brunch. So our group headed here as a midway point for us to meet at before heading into Hollywood. I arrived early before our appointed meeting time to secure a spot in line being that this was a Sunday. Turned out that this was a good decision because by the time the table was ready, all of our party had arrived and we got seated right away. I think part of our good fortune was due to getting there before the church crowd. We had plans to meet up at 10am.Our meal was decent, the waitress attentive, and we got out in the time we needed to make our journey north to Hollywood. I don’t usually come here, because it’s a little out of my neighborhood and it’s always crowded the times I have come. Plus, the place is a little dim and the carpets look like they need cleaning. Other than that, it’s the Denny’s you know and love. Come on, who else stays open on major holidays to feed you.
