Food. This little spot has got the best menudo, you just have to get there early cause the line can be all the way outside.definitely one of my favorite spots when I’m in Norwalk.
Noemi’s. I’ve been going to this resturant for like 15+years best menudo…and good tamales. I also get my masa for tamales there. They are the best and good customer service. I won’t go anywhere else for menudo or masa…and the pricing is affordable.
