The tempura green beans were awesome, although the ranch dressing dip was half frozen from getting too cold in the fridge. I had the tri-tip steak sandwich cooked medium and I had to pull the meat from my mouth every bite it had so much chewy gristle. If the steak were higher quality I would give a higher rating. This seems like quality food however in reality it is very unhealthy. One last comment is the crunch spot by the drink machine, restrooms, and booths just left of the cashiers. Heavy traffic should be allowed more room. For a secret massage chair, sit in the booth seat by the drink machines! The staff were very nice.
