  The owner, Alice Woo, was mean to us and even confronted us as if she was going to assault us. Talk about horrendous customer service…During our lunch, my wife and I ordered a Belly Burger, truffle fries, and a salad and sat outside. The truffle fries were good but gave me the runs and the below might be why:We were sitting outside eating for 30 minutes and all our food arrived except the fries. While walking inside to ask for the fries, I noticed that all tables who ordered after me had their fry orders already, so I mentioned that to our waiter. I wasnt rude, didnt yell at anyone, or disrespect the staff (the owner even later acknowledged that). Then the owner aggressively yelled at me We made a simple mistake. You can take the fries in a bowl or we can box it up for you and you can go. Whoa! I was embarrassed and flabbergasted that an owner would jump bad with and violently respond to a paying customer that way. So I put my head down and returned to my table. Then the owner stormed outside, and charged at our table as if she was ready to fight and said to my wife Is there a problem? I noticed you looking at me and I can tell that you were talking about me. I feel threatened by your presence, I feel that you are going to hurt me, and Id like you to leave now. And she walked away and slammed the restaurant front door and flipped the sign to show that the restaurant was closed. We even had to tell incoming customers that the store was actually open, the owner just childishly closed the door and is mad at the table outside. This all happened at about 2 pm on Saturday, December 9th, and the employees and customers saw her confront us and yell at us. Me and my wife looked at each other like WTH just happened. Then the owner, Alice Woo, stormed back out to our table, slammed the receipt on our table showing that she fully refunded our money (I guess to make it seem like we are no longer paying customers so that she can easily throw us out) and asked us why we were still at the table and asked us to please hurry and leave. I got on video and the owner knows this. Her behavior was unacceptable and this is the kind of behavior that should not be tolerated by paying customers. She should be worried that she will charge at the wrong table and things get uncontrollably out of hand very very quickly. I don’t recommend any of my Bay area friends pay money to this establishment. Hell, I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
