Great Stop. After checking into our hotel my wife and I walked the neighborhood and stumble onto Max’s and decided to have early dinner/late lunch. We were both glad we did. My wife had the paprika turkey sandwich which I sampled. It was made with real turkey and the paprika made the flavor jump. It is really a clever idea. Her side of fries were perfectly crispy. I had french dip roast beef sandwich and coleslaw. The beef was tender and very well flavored. The coleslaw was close to what one would expect back east. In fact this place could thrive in New York or Philadelphia.
