We were told 45 min to an hour for delivery of our medium pizza. 1.5 hrs later our pizza arrived cold and had clearly been dropped. The cheese slid off and was stuck to the lid, sides, and bottom of the cardboard. When I questioned the delivery guy, he stared at me blankly.
