It is worth the effort to find this tiny Indian cafe tucked away in Ocean Beach. The kitchen is tiny so the menu is limited, but absolutely everything that we tried was delicious. The staff is professional and accommodating, food is perfectly prepared and artfully presented. The patio in back of the main restaurant is pleasant and quiet. Takeout is available with delivery to the immediate area.
This place was delicious! We especially enjoyed the chicken Marsala. We ordered takeout our first night in San Diego after a long day of traveling and it hit the spot. Very very tasty and highly recommended!
This is a small yet elegant place off the Sunset Cliffs Boulevard. The food is very delicious. I recommend trying the samosas and the papad. I also ordered the mango lassi but it wasn’t very sweet. The place is a nice place to order snacks and take them up to the Sunset Cliffs Boulevard where you can eat the great samosas while admiring sunsets in Southern California.Service-4/5Ambiance-4.5/5Food-4/5
Fantastic Indian food. Tikka Masala + garlic naan is my go-to hangover cure, and Sundara delivers every time. Speaking of delivers…they DELIVER! Praise your respective religious figure! Be sure to get the naan with all three sauces — raita and the mint and tamarind chutneys. Your taste buds will thank you 🙂 thejewskimo.com

Sundara? More like Fundara! My girlfriend and I ate here last night and we were very impressed! Not only is it romantic with great lighting and music, but the food was phenomenal! I had the chicken Tikka Masala pizza, and it was perfect, I mean, using naan bread as the crust? Genius. My girl had the Veggie Saag and she was very impressed as well, also, the people there were very friendly too. Can’t wait to go back!
Good food, quick delivery, great prices. Limited menu but great Indian flavors none the less.
