Very good!!!!!!. The food was quite delicious and the waiter was a very pleasant [ the hispanic one atleast ]. I recommand this place to anyone looking for some ethnic indian food and great service; ask for the waiter with a great smile.p.s. My favorite of my meal besides the food was the nam, which was like none I have tasted before.

I being a south indian found this … way below par, Absolutely Won’t recommend for ppl looking for chicken or biryani stuff.
Food and ambiance is awesome!. This is REAL Indian home-cooked food, in a cool atmosphere! They have really cool music and art in this place, which i wasn’t expecting. They also have yoga and dance classes, and cooking classes with the owner! Most of their dishes are pretty traditional and definitely on the healthy side (not everything is loaded with cream unless you want it that way). They serve meat, and I’m vegan, so I got the mock chicken saag. It was awesome!
Love it. love it. love it. I had no idea this place was here!! Once you get over the overbearing smell of Phil’s bbq and enter the peaceful small and cute restaurant, you immediately want to drink hot chai and read a book or have a good conversation. The service was not only friendly, but she was honest about not knowing some details, and returned immediately with the owner who catered to our dietary needs personally! I am a fan…no a super fan. i also got to see some yoga class happening, which was and awesome thing to see next to a restaurant. Gotta get their chai!!! And the buffet isn’t too spicy but has chili sauce if you so desire to up the spice level. Don’t miss out on the oasis hidden in the fast food desert.
I went there because of The 2 good critics. Food was plain, n real variety in the buffet. M’y favorite part were The naans. Service very slow and not even redeemed by friendyiness. Did The owners change?
Love It!. This is our favorite Indian restaurant in San Diego. We’ve tried several in Hillcrest, downtown and Allied Gardens and we always come back to this one. The food is great, but no exactly the cheapest, still reasonably priced. It’s a mom and pop shop. The couple that owns it, is super friendly. The service is a little slow but the food and service is worth the wait.
