On our US trip, we went to three different cities in a span of 10 days. I rented a car for our adventure in San Diego, a 200+ km ride from Los Angeles. We visited the Old Town, and we had dinner in Casa Reyes, one of the many Mexican restaurants in the area. It was a busy night, all tables occupied and there was even an ongoing show nearby. Despite the full house, our group got A+ service accommodation. The wait staff not just provided hospitality, they also chit chat with us. I loved their full-on Mexican plates. Mia and I shared three kinds of tacos for $ 20. There are Pork, Chicken, and Shrimps with a side of Mexican rice and beans. I loved the add-on fresh guacamole paired with the tender and tasty meats. Have you been to San Diego? Theres a real charm in Old Town, I suggest you visit it too when youre in this city. alwayshungry.ph

Horrible service. We waited for 15 minutes before anyone came up to us to see what we wanted, and the person who came up to us was not even our waiter. FINALLY our waiter came to serve us but never told us his name or anything. Just brought us food and the WRONG drinks. He never even bothered to check on us. All in all, horrible service and mediocre Mexican food.
