One of those places where food still tastes authentic (vs food hyper loaded with sauces and flavours you don’t want or expect on your food) Paleo food is good! I usually eat home because I know what Ingredients I use for my food, but this is the only place in Temecula I’ve eat at least once a week.
Food prep. I’m hooked on their salted caramel smoothy. That drink is addicting. The only problem I have is I was going to order lunch but not one person preparing the food was wearing gloves.
Friendly staff, clean, but a little disappointed with the food. I had the breakfast burrito and I was not impressed by it. It had just eggs and potatoes. I could’ve done that at home.
Great fresh local food!. My mom was visiting from Washington state. She is a health nut! So I brought her to E.A.T. because I knew she would love it…I had no idea how much I would too. We ordered their daily frittata which was kale and proscuitto, the daily soup, swiss chard and chicken, daily sandwich, roasted vegetable with gruyere cheese and two sides, a pesto pasta salad and a quinoa, cilantro and roasted corn salad. The two of us ate everything!! I am telling everyone I know whether they are healthy eaters or not, if you love great, fresh, innovative food you will love this place! I also love that they are helping to support our local economy by using our local farms. That is a bonus!
