Hey Robert sorry you had bad experience. The hostess should have taken care of you. My wife and I have been there many times. The service is never great but always good enough. We think the food is very good. I usually get the blackend catfish and my wife really likes the steak salad. You might try it again talk to the manager when you get there
Customer service is certainly not a priority! After waiting 15 for our server after being seated we gave up and left. On the way out, the hostess asked what was wrong. We said the service isn’t good and she went back to what she was doing. I guess they don’t need more business.
