Went to Soro’s for lunch. Ordered a spicy Baba Ganoosh for appetizer course. The Baba Ganoosh came with pita, and some pickled onions and tomato on the side. It was quite pleasant start. I followed that with a gyro and shoestring fries. The gyro was ok, while the fried were nice and crunchy. I also took a flafel plate with me for someone that I wound up eating for dinner. Overall the flafel were quite dense and on the dry side. So hit and miss experience overall.

Read the menu, wanted oatmeal and they don’t offer it so I chose the fruit parfait with vanilla yogurt and granola. my wife ordered the traditional pancakes which looked good but were luke warm. The parfait had a strange dark look to the yogurt and an odd flavor. The owner visited our table ands proudly told us the yogurts had garlic in it. Really? Where was that advertised on the menu? nowhere! I told him he needs to clearly state this in the menu. he said he would. The problem is that people with allergies would never think to ask. Never again
