Have eaten several times at Red Lobster and this one is good too. I normally go for the combination or the multi course meals as it works better on variety & budget. Clam Chowder, Lobster Bisque, Grilled Salmon, Stuffed Mushrooms…, all are good. Good choice always.
Have not been to a Red Lobster in Years. Decided to grab a quick bite. I ordered the crabmeat stuffed sole and a cup of clam chowder. While the staff was very nice, the chowder was decent, i don’t know what was stuffed in what was called sole. It tasted like a wet bread mixture. The crab meat was nowhere to be found and the sole tasted like it was shipped in a container ship from Dover England, through the Panama Canal, and arrived in San Diego, well I don’t know how long. This place was just renovated. It looks like the food needs a major overhaul.
Red lobster has great shrimp scampi, crab legs, cheese fondou, potatoes, lobster, and biscuits. This restruant has a great atmosphere and also great food all around.
